Senior Alexa Wescott was chosen by leadership teacher John Callihan for leader of the month. She was chosen from the BC leadership class because of outstanding leadership skills for the past month. Junior president Mady Bird states this about Wescott, “She is very crafty and organized. She helped a lot when it came to making the senior posters for the football players. She also always has a great attitude.” All around Wescott is a good role model and a perfect fit to be apart of the leadership team. Leadership teacher John Callihan speaks highly of Wescott when saying, “I picked Alexa because she is a hard worker and she makes sure to do everything to the best of her ability. She has had a lot of stress put on her by me to help make sure things run smoothly.” He also admitted how great all of his leadership students are and how hard the decision was to make. I help with the football team and I am very involved in school events.
SIlliest thing you've had to do for leadership?
We had to herd pigs last year in leadership.
What are a few words you have to say about the BC leadership class?
It is very positive and there is a wide variety of people, which makes them a diverse group of ideas and opinions.
