New Agricultural Teacher Joins Buhach

New teacher to Buhach colony, is Agricultural teacher, Brittany Hitchcock. Hitchcock is young and currently not married, as she is focusing on her teaching career. She is excited to be here and she is already having a great year.
How long have you been teaching?
This is my first official year of teaching. In the past I was a substitute teacher.
What college did you attend?
I graduated from CSU Fresno with Ag education. I’m currently getting my masters degree through Cal Poly State University.
What brought you here?
I was super excited to see the opening for the position and I’ve always wanted to work in the Merced Union High School District. Plus I have always liked Buhach. I knew that their Ag department is great.
What inspires you?
In Ag education I have a lot of friends and mentors that inspire me to be a great teacher.
