a daily basis.
Costa has always dreamed of becoming a mother and eventually her wish came true. She also has 2 grandchildren to whom she loves very dearly. Her family made it through tough times and good times, all just to clarify their love for one another. It is important that everyone tries their best to stick with their families while they are still around and appreciate them. The biggest lesson that she has learned is to, “do what you can in life and to be happy.” This should be a lesson that all people learn and it should ride with them to help them through life, as it now does me. Although times may get tough, it is important for everyone, especially the younger generations, to push through whatever may stand in their way in order to be happy. Costa may have used the words “do what you can” in particular to show that everything |
might not go exactly they way that you want but sometimes there is nothing you can do about it, you just have to do as much as you can to better your situation and to make yourself happy in life.
Costa fills her room walls at Anberry Rehabilitation Hospital with pictures of her family, and enjoys daily visits from her youngest son. It is always good for everyone to hold pictures of loved ones dear to them, these pictures and memories can help one to stay happy and strong through all types of situations good and bad. This type of family bonding means the world to her and has become an inspiration to me. Both of her sons were very well behaved and loving, her youngest is stated to be quite the trickster. Her life is constantly filled with laughter and happiness because of family and friends. Her roommate Francis Ivins has also become a big part of her life in the past three years of living in Anberry. They have become very close in the 3 years

of living together, laughing together, praying together, and just enjoying life together. Friends and family are what have helped her life to be as happy as it is, along with fun activities like bingo and crossword puzzles.
Costa wishes to always be remembered for how loving she is to everyone, and it is apparent that she has a never ending supply of love to give to those around her. Whether it is friends or family she seems to be the one that is always bringing smiles to everyone's faces. This kind of love is something that I feel everyone should learn how to give to one another. It is very hard to find good people in this world and I am very glad as a reporter, a young adult, and a now friend to have met such an amazing woman. I hope that everyone is able to try and acquire the ability to give the love that Rose Mary Costa has so graciously shared with the world throughout her life. |
