Buhach is coming up in criminal science with a brand new Forensics class. Forensics is applying science in relation to matters of the law. Anatomy and Biology teacher Lea Smith has brought a new class to buhach that will be offered for the 2016-17 school year. Smith states, “The class is going to be a great learning experience to real world situation for criminal studies.” The class will be offered as a science elective. Although it is an elective there are great learning opportunities to take from it. Smith has attended Golden Valley to observe and get insight to this course. Labs each chapter will keep students on their feet, considering the lab are crime scenes. Yes, your read right, crime scene labs. Students will become lab scientists and collect, preserve, and and analyze scientific evidence. Put your CSI jackets on and get ready to solve crimes with Smith next school year.
